Educational Assistant and Examinations Officer
Think Ahead Education is seeking a detail-oriented Educational Assistant and Examinations Officer to join the Private Candidate Team at Think Ahead Academy.
The role combines two core areas of responsibility: academic and operational support under the supervision of the Educational Lead and Headteacher, and coordination of examination processes for our Private Candidates and external students.
As Educational Assistant , the selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the academic and administrative consistency of our programmes by:
Assisting with student onboardings, ensuring smooth integration into the Academy’s systems and study plan.
Setting up and helping manage WhatsApp communication groups for teachers, students, and clients.
Conducting monthly attendance and additional class supervision, ensuring academic consistency and accurate reporting.

Providing administrative support in university applications and UNED accreditation processes.
As Examinations Officer ,



the role involves end‑to‑end coordination of all examination procedures at Think Ahead’s Exam Centre, including:
com and Excel databases to track all exam leads, registrations, and deadlines.
Handling billing coordination, ensuring correct invoicing and timely registration for all exam series.
Training and supervising invigilators.
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
C2‑level English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–14:00 (on‑site)
~ A performance‑based commission of 4% on the total invoiced amount for each Examination Series (October/November, January, and May/June), applicable exclusively to external candidates (non‑Private Candidates), and usually amounting to approximately €1,500–€2,000 per year.
