The role
We are looking for a Business Development Trainee currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business (Management, International Business, Business Development, MBA or similar) with a technical background or Bachelor's in Engineering (Biomedical, Industrial, or related technical disciplines).
You will join our cross‑functional Business Development team to actively participate in market expansion, lead generation, and international client acquisition. While your main focus will be on driving growth within our medical unit , you will also provide cross‑BU support for our other divisions.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze the technology and medical device sectors, identify industry trends, map target market segments,



and spot potential strategic partners and international clients.
- Adapt commercial messages and collaborate in creating Specific Value Proposals tailored to client needs, market demands, and engineering projects.
- Proactively research target company niches, qualify potential leads, and initiate first contacts to open new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in commercial meetings with international clients, understand their technical and business requirements, and support proposal follow‑ups toward closing.
- Support pre‑event strategy and outreach for key industry trade fairs, schedule client meetings, and manage post‑event lead follow‑ups.
- Align with Idneo's engineering, regulatory, and project management teams to ensure seamless technical‑commercial proposals and client onboarding.

- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business (Management, MBA, International Business, or similar) with a prior Bachelor's
