As the Senior CRO Product Owner, you will be responsible to define and coordinate strategy to optimize the conversion rate, engagement, and user retention across multiple websites. Analyze user behavior and data to identify actionable insights, optimizing onboarding and conversion funnels.
Align CRO initiatives with product owners, UX/UI designers, Product Analyst, Departments, and Product Manager.
Define CRO requirements in detail and coordinate developments with the development team to meet requirements on agreed timelines.
Analyze and report CRO impact results, providing data and recommendations.
Define, execute,



and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve the user journey and overall conversion rates.
Dive into qualitative and quantitative data to generate product innovations.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with CRO experience in a software or tech-driven environment.
~ Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodology, use cases, user stories, user journeys, and flows.
~ Experience running A/B tests; Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
~ Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), ideally with experience in international environments.
