We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team at METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella - Estepona (Spain).
Manage individual and group reservations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
Provide accurate information regarding rates, availability, and hotel services.
Maximize upselling opportunities and optimize hotel occupancy.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, or German are highly valued.
Knowledge of hotel reservation and management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
