Prepare and follow‑up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service level and maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits.
Execute the GEA Service strategy and GEA Service sales plan in close collaboration with the team.
Provide support to customers on technical clarification of the requirement, acting as a key interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders.
Manage warranty cases in coordination with internal departments and factories.
Support maintenance planning activities and spare parts identification for service agreements.
This role will act as a key interface within a fast‑growing organization with the potential to grow into a pure sales position in mid‑term.
Degree in Engineering or related technical field, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Professional (Junior) experience in sales and service support roles,



preferably within the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing industry.
Service‑oriented mindset with a proactive, solution‑driven approach to problem solving.
Fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English; Portuguese is considered a plus.
Proactive attitude towards spare parts, retrofit and service sales promotion.
Ability to work closely with Sales and Service teams to support market awareness and business development initiatives.
