Enrollment and Marketing Assistant – Mumbai
We are looking for a driven Enrollment and Marketing Assistant in Mumbai who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high‑quality and personalized experience.
This role is a freelance position.
Key Functions
- Daily Enrollment Journey Support
- Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings
- Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey

Application & Admission Guidance
- Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues
- Support pre‑ & post‑admission requirements




- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process

Requirements
- Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center
- Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening
- Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices
