Prerequisites
- EU nationals or holders of valid Spanish work permits.
- A recognized English teaching qualification (e.g. a CELTA, Trinity TESOL, or equivalent initial teaching qualification).
- Minimum one year of recent TEFL experience.
- University degree (e.g. BA, BSc).
- Full mastery of English across all 4 skills to CEFR C2/IELTS band 8.
- At least one year of teaching experience using communicative methodology.
- Ability to inspire, manage, and motivate students.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proactive, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.

Prerequisites (advantageous)
- Experience with Cambridge English exams.
- Experience teaching young learners and teenagers.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as digital materials, Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom, and Moodle platforms.
- A CELTA or TESOL certificate with a grade of B or higher.
- Proficiency in Spanish and familiarity with Spanish culture.
