What will you do?
- Support monthly and quarterly financial performance analysis, identifying variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in the accounting close process, ensuring accurate postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reporting for internal stakeholders and group reporting purposes.
- Collaborate as a business partner, supporting decision‑making through financial analysis and models.
- Monitor costs, analyze key drivers, and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and promote efficiency and digitalization initiatives.




- Work in an international environment, collaborating with different teams and functions.

What do you need to be successful?
We are looking for a professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong analytical skills, who enjoys working in collaborative and fast‑paced environments.
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting (general accounting, controlling, and reporting).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with financial tools and reporting systems.
- Understanding of cost analysis and cash flow.
- Good communication skills to interact with international stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and perform in dynamic and changing environments.
- Collaborative mindset and a strong orientation toward continuous improvement.

What other knowledge would be valuable?
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
- English level B2.
