Reporting directly to the Dean of IE Business School and providing support to the Vice Deans, this role is essential in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the Dean’s Office. Coordinate meetings and events led by or involving the Dean’s Office.
Support the planning and execution of internal events, ensuring seamless logistics and stakeholder coordination.




Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the Dean’s Office.
Ensure the Dean’s Office is properly equipped and organized, overseeing office‑related needs and supplies.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of surveys, reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as required.
Support follow‑up actions, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks across the Dean’s Office.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
