Santander is seeking an AI Governance Specialist based in Madrid to define and operate the group-wide AI governance model, coordinating AI risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work with Business, Data & AI, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams, own the integral inventory of AI use cases, and report KPIs to senior management while supporting adoption of governance in delivery.
