R&D; Manager – Aerosol Specialist (AE )

A thriving manufacturer is looking for an experienced R&D; Manager – Aerosol Specialist to lead the development of innovative personal care products. Lead development of personal care products in aerosol formats including sprays, foams, and mousses.
Manage product lifecycle from concept, formulation, and testing through to industrialisation and launch.
Optimise formulations to ensure stability, performance, and outstanding sensory experience.
Oversee stability, compatibility, and safety testing programmes.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
Extensive experience in personal care aerosol development and industrialisation.
Strong formulation, testing, and regulatory knowledge.
