This is not a traditional HR role. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Own and manage the full recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
Foster a strong, positive,



and high-performance culture.
People Operations & HR Processes
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Support performance review processes and feedback cycles.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
2+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, Talent, or similar roles (startup experience is a big plus).
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Valid work permit for Spain.
Exposure to the football, creator, and brand ecosystem.
A beautiful office in Barcelona.
