We're looking for a Senior Developer to design, build, and operate scalable internal business applications and intelligent automation solutions serving 55,000 employees. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity gains across the enterprise.
Design and build modern full-stack business applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and React (or equivalent modern frameworks)
Architect and implement end-to-end process automation pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Azure Logic Apps, or equivalent orchestration platforms
Design and develop robust REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices to integrate business systems (ERP, CRM, HR platforms, third‑party services)
champion security, performance, and maintainability by design
Lead evaluation and adoption of automation tooling and workflow platforms across the team
Own CI/CD and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, Docker); automate testing and deployments




Coordinate and quality‑assure external vendors and nearshore development partners; plan sprints, review deliverables, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Enforce engineering excellence through code reviews, automated tests (unit/integration/e2e), and monitoring/alerting
6+ years of software engineering with a strong focus on full‑stack development and business application delivery
~ Advanced proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and modern front‑end tooling
~ Strong back‑end skills: API design, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, caching strategies
~ Proven hands‑on experience with process automation and workflow orchestration (n8n, Make, Logic Apps, or similar) — highly preferred
