SDR based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities across the American market. S. team scales, you’ll have the chance to grow into Senior SDR, AE, or leadership roles depending on performance and ambition.
Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and qualify their needs.
Personalize outreach through video and creative messaging to increase engagement.
Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or similar client‑facing roles (SaaS/startup experience is a strong plus).
Speak English at a native level (essential for the U.Strong knowledge of the US market, including buyer behaviour, cultural nuances, and commercial landscape,



gained through professional experience selling into or working closely with US‑based clients.
Bring creativity to your outreach and aren’t afraid to test new approaches.
Are comfortable using digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, etc.).
Can manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining quality and personalization.
