As our Media Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing media strategies across multiple markets, helping to drive excellence in Media Planning, Digital Media, Retail Media and emerging channels. Working closely with media agencies, marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will support the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance Media Performance, accelerate Digital Transformation and strengthen overall business results. Additionally, you will contribute to the adoption of innovative technologies, AI Solutions and automation initiatives that improve planning efficiency, reporting capabilities and campaign effectiveness across the region.
In this role, you will support the implementation of regional media strategies and guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment across brands, countries and stakeholders. A key focus will be coordinating Media Planning processes,



facilitating collaboration with Media Agencies and promoting best practices that strengthen campaign execution and business impact. Alongside supporting annual planning cycles and budget processes, you will prepare Media Investment Analysis, performance reviews and strategic recommendations that help drive informed decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to the integration of Retail Media, OOH Advertising and other emerging channels into broader media frameworks while ensuring transparent measurement and strong ROAS evaluation. You will work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Procurement and Digital teams to identify opportunities, improve ways of working and implement innovative projects focused on Marketing Technology, Automation and Digital Innovation.
