and participants have access to the necessary spaces, services, and information throughout the event.
Support the setup, organization, and maintenance of dressing rooms, green rooms, and hospitality spaces.
Monitor the availability of beverages, snacks, catering, and support materials, reporting any replenishment needs.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and professional presentation standards across backstage and hospitality areas.
Assist in locating and escorting participants when requested by the Production or Stage Management teams.
Support access control procedures and ensure the proper use of assigned spaces.
Collaborate with Production, Hospitality, and Stage Management teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Perform general logistical and operational support tasks as required by event needs.
