Responsibilities & Qualifications
~5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
~ Experience working with IT teams in banking or insurance sector .
~ Strong proficiency with Jira for backend development and project management.
~ Experience with one or more frontend frameworks (nice to have) .
~ Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) , and version control tools such as Git.
~ Familiarity with product design and agile environments.
~ Proven experience with customer‑centric development and web services.
~ Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).




~ Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
~ Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
~ Develop and maintain robust web applications using Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management .
~ Create efficient, reusable front‑end components with a user‑centric approach (if applicable).
~ Design, optimize, and maintain project structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
~ Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and customer‑oriented experience .
~ Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment .
~ Implement strategic product decisions based on user feedback and business needs .
~ Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product management and customer experience .
