Build engagement with fund managers, distributors, asset managers, institutional investors, industry influencers, and financial media.
Maintain content calendars and coordinate content delivery with internal stakeholders.
Employee Advocacy & Executive Amplification
Manage and grow the employee advocacy programme.
Partner with senior leadership and subject matter experts to increase content amplification and thought leadership visibility.
Develop processes and content recommendations that encourage employee participation and engagement.
Content Innovation & Development
Test and implement new content formats and engagement techniques, including:




- Short‑form thought leadership posts
- Data‑led insights
- Video content
- Polls and interactive content
- AI‑assisted content development tools

Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.
Balance innovation with compliance and regulatory requirements within a financial services environment.
Paid Social & Campaign Management
Support and execute LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets for sponsored campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and optimise bidding strategies to maximise performance.
Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Produce clear, data‑driven performance reports and ROI analysis.
Website & Digital Channel Management
Manage CMS content updates and coordinate with external developers and internal stakeholders.
