The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of academic programs at IE University. This position combines operational execution, student support, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure a seamless, high‑quality student experience.
As a frontline member of the Program Management team, the Program Coordinator acts as a key point of contact for students, faculty, and internal stakeholders, supporting the day‑to‑day operations of assigned programs while ensuring alignment with institutional policies and standards.

Your role as a Program Coordinator will involve: Collaborate with internal departments (Admissions, Registrar, Planning, Student Services, etc.).
Administrative & Process Management:
Ensure compliance with academic policies, procedures, and deadlines.
Work closely with Junior Managers, Associate Directors, and other team members to ensure effective program delivery.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives related to program development and innovation.
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral).
Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
