We are looking for experienced drivers with a background in automotive or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) projects to support vehicle testing operations in Spain. The role involves monitoring vehicle performance, following assigned routes, documenting observations accurately, executing test procedures, adhering to strict safety standards, and actively participating in data collection processes for advanced automotive systems. Take control of the vehicle when required
Follow routes, test plans, and shift schedules
Record incidents and provide clear reportsUse smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital tools
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (visa provided)
Good command of English
Willing to work rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
Basic digital skills (smartphones, Google Workspace, etc.)
Experience in autonomous vehicle or advanced driver‐assistance system testing
