We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer (Java / Spring Boot) to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems in a modern micro‑services environment.
The adecuado candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot and event‑driven architectures using Kafka , working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, resilient, and scalable solutions.
Location: Hybrid – Madrid
3 days at client´s office, Sol area, next to the underground.
Advanced English (B2+ / C1 required)
Work together in a cross‑functional team using agile methodologies as part of a DevOps‑centric model.




Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions with your team.
Deliver high‑quality code aligned with company guidelines and standards.
Minimum 4+ years of backend development experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Java and Spring Boot
Solid background in event‑driven architecture using Kafka (with Avro)
Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and Docker deployments
Experience in DevOps environments, including production support and incident management (log debugging, monitoring, etc.)
Experience with SQL (Oracle)
