Responsibilities
Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders
Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments
Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS
Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition
Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering
Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development
What you bring

~5+ years of experience managing teams
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
~ Customer-focused mindset
~ Structured, organized, hands‑on approach




~ Fluency in English and local language
