Your Role HR software has a UX problem. You will be defining AI‑powered workflows that make payroll feel effortless. You will report to the CPO and work across the full product, both the core HR/payroll platform and the AI experience layer.
What You’ll Do We are looking for a Product Designer with technical skills and AI fluency to join our team.
The old way is over, but the design process isn’t. We are looking for someone who uses AI as a core part of their workflow, from rapid prototyping and research synthesis to design and implementation support.
Use AI tools (Cursor, v0, Claude Code, Codex)



to design and prototype without waiting on engineering.
Share ownership of the design system together with the engineering team: challenge it, propose new components, and think actively about how design decisions can compress development cycles.
Lead user research—interviews, usability tests, concept validation—and turn findings into sharp design decisions.
Own the end‑to‑end design process from discovery to production‑ready specs.
Be comfortable moving between Figma, Claude Code, and AI tools to turn ideas into reality, faster.
4+ years of experience in product design B2B, with a strong UX foundation (not just UI).
~ Strong technical foundation—understand how AI systems are built well enough to design intelligently on top of them, and actively think about how design decisions impact development velocity.
