As the Regional After Sales Representative Passenger Cars, you are responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region.
You support the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. You play an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions.



This role reports directly to the Aftersales Manager in Spain.
You support the dealer network, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction, and act as their BYD after-sales contact person. You ensure that all service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all tasks related to the Aftersales business.Ensure implementation and follow-up of all BYD aftersales commercial policies and after-sales standards.Monitor the dealer aftersales business plan and the development of all after-sales activities to achieve BYD P&A; and service qualitative and quantitative objectives.Secure the quality of the service network by timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials. In collaboration with BYD HQ, create, implement, and ensure regular performance reporting.Introduce BYD Aftersales Service IT systems/platforms such as DMS, LMS, TIS, and ensure deployment in each dealer and service shop.Assist dealer after-sales
