Technical Support Associate – Barcelona
We are looking for a curious, resourceful, and detail‑oriented Technical Support Associate to join our growing Tech and Product team in Barcelona.
Our platform enables brands to collect, manage, and publish User Generated Content (UGC) across their marketing and e‑commerce channels. Earlier this year Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer marketing platform. The Technical Support team’s mission is to ensure Flowbox runs smoothly for every client, resolve technical issues efficiently, and strengthen the overall quality and reliability of our platform.
Investigating technical issues using logs, dev tools, tests, and reproduction steps
Maintaining and expanding our technical support documentation and playbooks
Collaborating with our Technical Support Lead to improve processes, tools, and knowledge base
Have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; Have experience in a similar technical support or implementation role (valued but not required)
Communicate clearly in writing and verbally in English




Deep understanding of the major e‑commerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop, VTEX, etc.)
How the different layers of a SaaS product connect (front‑end, back‑end, APIs, modules)
Skill‑building in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through close collaboration with Engineering
You’ll have responsibility from day one and the support to grow with it.
