SailPoint IIQ Support Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Provide L2 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Manage incidents and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive timely issue resolution.
- Support application onboarding, provisioning, role management, policies, certifications and lifecycle events.
- Troubleshoot workflows, rules and connectors through log analysis, debugging and testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and integral teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Administer and support SailPoint IIQ environments across Windows, Linux and Unix platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement.





Qualifications
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- ServiceNow
- Tomcat
- JBoss
- Windows Server
- Log monitoring and debugging tools
- Incident and ticket management platforms
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) support, with strong expertise in incident management, troubleshooting, production support, and identity governance operations.
- Professional Working Proficiency in English.

Work Environment
- Hybrid workplace (40% Remote / 60% On-site).
- Work schedule: 24x5 with rotating shifts and weekend on-call support for priority incidents (if required).
