Senior Graphic Designer creates and maintains assets and content for a variety of digital and print materials to support new product launches, marketing campaigns, and other company initiatives across all OEC brands. Works closely with Marketing and Culture teams to develop, manage, and execute high-quality, impactful materials from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with OEC core values and brand guidelines.
Executes graphic design and production for the Marketing Department’s online and print projects, including print and digital advertising campaigns .
Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Branding & Culture , and other internal teams to translate messaging concepts into graphics.
Collaborates on the design of customer materials, including trade show exhibits and support materials.
Reviews materials created by external vendors and internal designers for consistency with brand guidelines.
Maintains the design of company websites to support product enhancements, introductions, and improvements to functionality and user experience.
Provides backup support in creating and editing videos for various uses.
Education A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Graphic Design or related discipline. Experience, Skills and Key Competencies At least 6 years of graphic design experience with a proven background in conceptualizing, creating and delivering compelling creative content across all media types, plus working knowledge of a variety of design technologies and applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Dreamweaver .
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong passion for design , with knowledge of industry trends , best practices, and the marketplace.
The ability to balance long-term projects with daily design priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
