Responsibilities
We are looking for an outstanding, people-oriented Customer Service Coordinator with native or fluent French, Dutch, and English to join our multilingual customer service team in Barcelona.
This is a complex, end-to-end customer service role in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with customers, sales, logistics, manufacturing, and service teams,



taking ownership of the full process from sales quote creation through order delivery and payment. Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this position.
Contract Type: Internal Temporary Worker (ITW) assignment.
What will you be doing?
- Manage end-to-end order and customer service requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Create and process sales quotes and customer orders based on input from customers and field sales representatives.
- Handle and track repair and calibration requests.
- Manage product changes, returns, and order modifications.
- Monitor the full order-to-delivery-to-payment process, ensuring proper closure.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to invoicing requirements, contract administration, and lease administration.
