We’re looking for Swedish-speaking Storage Solutions Sales Advisors to join our growing international team. In this role, you’ll support customers during important life moments—whether they’re moving home, renovating, growing their business, or simply looking for extra space.
This is a customer-first, consultative sales role . You’ll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in Shurgard, helping them find the right storage solution and confidently complete their booking. No cold calling or high-pressure sales—just genuine conversations and excellent customer care.
What You’ll Do
You’ll receive comprehensive paid training to become an expert in Shurgard’s products, services, and customer experience approach before supporting customers across the Swedish market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers who contact us for advice on storage solutions.
- Following up with warm leads and helping customers complete their booking.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable storage solution.
- Explaining pricing, availability, promotions, and digital contracts clearly and confidently.
- Providing a friendly, professional, and personalised customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Working closely with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
- Sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Native-level Swedish (spoken and written) with a good command of English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
