We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Specialist with a solid tech background to administer and optimize the platform and lead the implementation of SFMC Personalization (MCP).



The role will design and execute personalized email campaigns, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing automation and campaign performance.
Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform, including user access and governance.
Lead configuration and implementation of SFMC Personalization (MCP) to enable advanced, tailored marketing experiences.
Design, build, and deploy email campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
Implement personalization strategies with AMPscript, dynamic content, and SFMC Personalization (MCP).
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL queries to manage and segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, develop and maintain robust analytics and reporting, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
