You will play a key role in ensuring that our robotic systems operate at the highest quality and reliability standards, and support hospitals and healthcare professionals in using technology that is changing medicine.

Technical interventions and support
Installing, configuring and commissioning robotic assistants at customer sites.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance and identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.




Handling technical inquiries by telephone or remotely, diagnosing problems and providing effective solutions.
Production support (operational flexibility)
Taking on product assembly and integration tasks as needed, such as during production overloads, temporary shortages of shop-floor resources, or the absence of the production technician.
Become familiar with shop-floor assembly processes, procedures, and work instructions so you can perform these tasks without a significant learning curve.
Coordinate with the production manager to appropriately prioritize field support needs and shop floor requirements at any given time.
Participate in improvements and testing
Collaborating on the development of new products by providing technical feedback from a field service perspective, as well as from assembly experience, when appropriate.
