Job Overview We are looking for an Arabic Content Manager to join the Arabic Content Production department in Barcelona. The role involves managing linguistic projects, ensuring quality Arabic content, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
Linguistic project coordination in a deadline‑driven environment in collaboration with the multilingual and internal production HQ teams in Paris.
Working closely with clients in Arabic‑speaking markets and multinational internal teams.
Quality control of Arabic content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies, and formats.
Overseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries.
Ensuring copy adheres to the client’s desired style, tone of voice, and brand image.
Balancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projects.
Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post‑editors, and proofreaders.

first‑rate writing/editing skills in your native language are central to the role.
BA or MA in Translation Studies / Audiovisual Translation or similar.
Strong work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion.
Literary Arabic (native‑speaker level required), English and French.
Linguistic project management or translation background.
Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy.
Hybrid onsite‑telework model.
