SCIB is looking for a DEVOPS ENGINEER , based in our MALAGA, Spain office.
Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is Santander's integral division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, deploy, and manage scalable, high-performance infrastructure. Automate deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
Ensure security best practices in deployment and configuration management.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.




Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
2- 4 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
~ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar).
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
OpenShift / Dockers & Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
Knowledge of networking and security principles.
Previous experience working in Agile environments.
