Shine is hiring a Payroll Specialist for Spain and Portugal based in Madrid. You will own the full payroll cycle for 280+ employees across two countries and take over from the current provider with a structured handover, becoming fully autonomous by November 1, 2026.
You will work with modern payroll tools (Ekon, Primavera, HiBob) in a multicultural, English-speaking team and enjoy a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the Madrid office.
