At Factorial we’re looking for a senior Account Manager for the ROW Market to boost the company to the next level. This role is all about being there for our customers while leveraging upselling and renegotiation opportunities. It’s a blend of a nurturing role with the excitement and incentives of hitting sales targets, focusing on our enterprise clients. We’re looking for seniority, drive and ambition.
Responsibilities
- Build, engage and develop top quality relationships with our enterprise customers through regular communication, constant and proactive improvement action plans.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, keep information updated daily and build tracking reports of account status.
- Accompany clients from contract signature and guarantee a top quality onboarding, implementation and training process.
- Maintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations, and strategize a personalized sales plan.
- Provide after‑sales support, cross‑selling, up‑selling and churn management, guaranteeing a strong long‑term,



transparent and trustworthy relationship.
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to all clients’ queries offering personalized feedback.
- Promote and explain new products, services and functionalities to existing customers.
- Work hand in hand with sales, product and development teams; act as their main contact person so that you can provide valuable feedback.
- Hold regular meetings through video calls with all clients to generate engagement and show product updates that fit their use cases.

Qualifications
- English language professional proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in quota‑carrying sales roles; experience in Customer Success and Satisfaction is highly valued.
- A passion for making things easier for customers and colleagues; a willingness to smooth away roadblocks.
