Overview As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for applying the integral brand strategy across social media platforms, with a main focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok (LinkedIn and Snapchat are a plus), while staying up to date with the rapid evolution of the market.
Supervise and control the application of planning guidelines.
Manage the administration and execution of paid social media plans, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met.
Develop category- and brand-specific benchmarks.
Assist in the preparation and execution of social media strategies.
Maintain open and fluid communication with content teams,



community managers, and influencer management, providing a 360° view of planning.
Monitor and analyze competitors’ activity on social networks.
Track and analyze the performance of organic and paid campaigns, applying learnings to the global strategy.
Coordinate brand and agency social media teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
~2-3 years of experience in digital agencies.
~ Advanced level of English (will be assessed during the interview process).
~ Strong knowledge of media planning tools such as Kantar TGI/Tom Micro, Galileo, EGM, or similar.
