As an Accounting & Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
Accounting & Administration Specialist Responsibilities And Duties
Act as a Financial Business Partner to internal teams, providing financial analysis, clear explanations, and support for decision‑making.
Manage the accounts receivable cycle, including payment follow‑up, reconciliations, and identification of potential non‑payment risks, while prioritizing customer experience.
Supporting to Finance Manager.
Finance Controller Objectives
Implement key Finance Department initiatives focused on process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement.
Assist in administrative and office‑related tasks when required (office supplies, invoicing support,
coordination activities).
Provide direct support to the Finance Manager across analysis, reporting, and strategic financial projects.
A knowledge of office technology. In particular, mastery of Excel and databases.
Accounting and administrative skills.
As well as classical financial accounting, InPost Finance Controller must be able to perform cost analyses.
Fluent level of English.
