Acting as the link between business interested parties and technical teams, the Product Owner ensures that the product roadmap aligns with operational needs, business strategy, compliance requirements, and user expectations.Incorporate non-functional requirements and technical debt (performance, security).* Project & Delivery Management* Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and retrospectives.* Coordinate testing activities and validate delivered functionalities.* Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.* Coordinate training sessions and communication plans.* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Delivery Manager+, or similar role.* Experience working with ERP and Finance Systems,
