There’s still a long way to go, and design has an important role to play in shaping that future. The design team The design team sits within Cabify’s Technology area, alongside Engineering, Product and Data. That means we work closely with the teams shaping, building and measuring our products, and that design has a direct voice in decisions that affect both the user experience and business impact.
Product Design, Design System/Web and Core Design. Across all three, we partner closely with technical teams as well as stakeholders in Growth, Business and Marketing, bringing together product, brand, communications, systems and experience.
We design experiences across the Cabify ecosystem, evolve our design system, maintain consistency across our interfaces and brands, and make sure our solutions are grounded in real user needs,



business opportunities and meaningful product problems. We also stay close to emerging technologies and ways of working, continuously testing new tools, processes and practices that can help us design better and move smarter.
We also have our own design rituals to share knowledge, raise the bar and keep our design culture strong: monthly Design Meetings, quarterly Design Days, weekly critiques and glues, where we align on solutions, spot shared patterns and stay connected as a team.
Designing at Cabify means having autonomy, but also being part of a community that sees design as a collective practice, closely connected to technology, business and everyday life in cities.
