About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Tax Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our Corporate HQ Tax team. You will support international tax operations, assist with compliance and reporting processes, and gain direct exposure to complex cross-border structures and strategic projects, with mentoring from experienced tax professionals every step of the way. What You’ll Do
- Monitor tax compliance obligations across the group,



identify tax risks and provide assistance with tax audits in coordination with the HQ tax and finance teams, local and regional teams, and external advisors.
- Assist with transfer pricing compliance activities, including data gathering and drafting support for the preparation of the Master File and Local File, monitoring intercompany transactions, and coordinating with local teams and external advisors on the implementation of group transfer pricing policies.
- Provide research and analytical support on international tax matters, including tax treaty application, withholding taxes, and permanent establishment questions, helping the team build clear, well-documented technical positions.
- Contribute to Pillar II and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) processes, including data collection and validation, template preparation, and coordination with HQ, local teams, and external service providers.
