Key Responsibilities
Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and all payroll‑related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations.
Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures.
Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
Support internal audits and documentation requirements.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to HR workflows.
Qualifications
Proven experience in multi‑country payroll and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.
Fluency in English.
Advanced Excel skills.
High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, able to work in dynamic environments.
