This role balances the management of a robust and business-critical Linux infrastructure with the evolution toward modern Platform Engineering methodologies and automation.

Ensure the high availability, performance,



and security of our internal systems platforms and database solutions.
Drive internal process and reporting automation, exploring the use of AI Engineering to reduce manual tasks.
English is a mandatory requirement for this role (working language).
Automation: Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, Perl) and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
Platform Engineering: Experience with or a strong interest in modern environments utilizing Kubernetes (k8s), Terraform, and Helm.
Networking: Basic knowledge of networking and routing protocols (such as BGP).
Previous experience with traditional Unix systems (such as Solaris).
Knowledge of German.
