Partner Sales Account Executive – Italian Market Location: What you'll do Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads while ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle.
Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments to align on mutual goals and opportunities.
Frequency on‐site visits to our partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
Engage with senior executives (C‐Suite and VP‐level) to establish high‐level meetings, present tailored solutions, and negotiate win‐win agreements that drive business success.
Utilize consultative and collaborative approaches to guide potential partners through their decision‐making process, providing insights and creative solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams—including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership—to align strategies and ensure mutual success in partnership initiatives.




Support the Italian market expansion by identifying new partnership opportunities, understanding the local landscape, and positioning Factorial as the go‐to solution for HR software.
What we're looking for Proficient level of Italian and professional English.
3–5 years of sales experience as an Account Executive.
Tech savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation.
Success driven: data‐driven approach to sales book and quota achievement.
Strategic view: forecasting and pipeline management experience with strong communication skills.
How we work together This position is offered on a contractor basis. You will collaborate closely with the Factorial team and be fully involved in our projects and ways of working, but the engagement will be managed through a contractor agreement.
