As our RevOps Manager, you’ll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for designing the systems, data, and processes that allow our Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Solutions teams to compound output as we scale. This is a high‑impact, builder role at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution – sitting close to leadership and shaping how Biorce sells into biopharma worldwide.
Someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a CRM schema,



and a CRO RFP. Own the RFI / RFP process: build the response infrastructure, content library, and workflows that let our commercial team turn around biopharma and CRO requests fast and at quality.
Design and maintain our CRM and GTM tech stack (Clay, Apollo, and adjacent tools), ensuring clean data, sensible automations, and a single source of truth.
Define and instrument the KPIs that matter – conversion rates by stage, cycle times, CAC payback, win/loss, pipeline coverage – and turn them into weekly operating rhythms for the commercial team.
Partner with the CCO to run forecasting, QBRs, and board‑level commercial reporting.
Deploy AI across the GTM motion: lead enrichment, account research, RFP drafting, call analysis, pipeline hygiene, and reporting – wherever a model can replace manual work, you build it.
