What You’ll Do:
Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts (Calls, LinkedIn, etc.) in the Spanish market.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our solution effectively.
Book meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customer base to communicate value clearly and persuasively.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target high-potential accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Collaborate on strategic outreach campaigns, experimenting with creative ways to engage prospects.
Provide feedback to the team on messaging, objections, and market trends to continuously improve our approach. Minimum Qualifications:

C1 in Spanish or native level and C1 in English or native level
Previous experience in sales and cold calling in the Spanish market.
Eligible to work in a European country.
Based in (or willing to relocate to)



Milan or Barcelona. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility on in-office requirements, but you'll operate next to the founders in our GTM effort.
