We are looking for a talented, curious and hands-on Data, Automation & BI Analyst to join our growing regional Commercial Strategy team , based in Madrid and supporting 5 countries across Latin America. This role combines data, automation and AI-enabled process optimization to help scale the impact of the team and improve efficiency across the organization.
You will work on high-impact regional initiatives , partnering with commercial, strategy and data teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, automate processes and explore practical AI use cases.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical tools using visualization platforms (Power BI or similar).
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and data needs.
Translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data quality, consistency and accessibility.
Support the evolution of the regional reporting data model.
Extract, transform and model data from multiple sources.




Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable data structures.
Automation & AI Enablement
Design and implement automation workflows and productivity solutions.
Explore and test new technologies and AI applications relevant to commercial and business processes.
Partner with regional and local teams on strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.
3–5 years of experience in BI, Automation, Data or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar fields.
Curiosity and strong interest in automation, AI and digital transformation.
SQL
Python
Data modelling and data transformation
Process automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, Make or similar)
APIs and data integrations
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Experience building internal tools, automations or workflow solutions.
Familiarity with cloud-based data environments.
