As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer you will have the opportunity to:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business performance.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on your analysis.
Ensure data quality and integrity across various sources and processes.
Professional experience working with data— exposure to data engineering concepts.
Proficient using SQL for querying and data manipulation, good understanding of query optimization and indexing, whether in RDBMS or big data environments.
Experience with cloud-based technology and solution design: e.g., experience with Microsoft Azure Products, Databricks.
Familiarity with scripting languages, such as Python, Scala or R.
Hands-on experience across different stages of the data lifecycle—from data gathering and cleaning to visualization and reporting.
Interest or experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in natural language processing or text analytics.
Previous experience in insurance is an advantage.
