Your main challenge will be to establish strong and trusting relationships with clients and media agencies by making value propositions that grow the business working hand in hand with both Sales and Ops team members.

Within a dynamic team, you will play a key role in our rapidly growing team in Spain.
As a Sales Specialist , you will be the face of our Retail Media business for our clients (suppliers and marketplace sellers of Leroy Merlin).
We have adopted a structure that empowers you to own the entire commercial relationship . You will be a strategic partner for our clients responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, nurturing the relationship to help them grow and succeed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin.
You will work hand‑in‑hand with our dedicated AdOperations team , who will handle the technical setup, trafficking, and data extraction, allowing you to focus on business, strategy, and client satisfaction.
In this role,



your responsibilities will include:
1. New Business Development
- Identify and approach potential clients among Leroy Merlin’s suppliers and marketplace sellers, utilizing existing contact lists and market research.
- Collaborate closely with Leroy Merlin’s teams to identify trade opportunities and align media offers with their commercial calendar.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that educate clients on the value and benefits of Retail Media.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that maximize value delivered to our clients.

2. Account Management & Strategy
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with your portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Analyze client needs and expected results to prepare adequate media proposals based on the Valiuz product catalog.
