What You’ll Do
- Support Safety and Environmental activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Prepare and follow up monthly environmental reports, including energy, water and waste indicators.
- Gather and review operational data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work cross‑functionally to promote safe behaviors and sustainability best practices.
- Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact in SHEQ area.
- Monitors, communicates and executes implementation of regulation changes.
- Provides appropriate training to internal customers as prevention measures in SHEQ area.
- Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization.
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in Engineering, specialized studies in Occupational Risk Prevention.
- Experience with QHSE and Sustainability topics, 4–5 years of experience in industrial safety (chemical industry will be considered an asset).
- Strong analytical skills (Excel; Power BI is a plus).
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and team player.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user.
- Knowledge of safety regulatory frameworks such as SEVESO, ATEX, CLP.
- Position based in Motornes.
- Used to working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Organized, with strong problem‑solving skills.
