Customer Service Specialist
We are actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Headquarters in Sant Quirze del Vallès.
It is essential to maintain a high level of relationship with national customers and distributors, ensuring their complete satisfaction regarding response time to inquiries and the management of their orders. The role will ensure excellent service throughout the entire order process, from receipt to final delivery, collaborating efficiently with the various departments involved (Procurement, Assembly, Technical Service, Quality, Sales, and Logistics).
Responsibilities
- Follow up with low-order customers through calls, focusing on those not purchasing supplies or through Ecommerce.
- Manage orders from national customers, directly or through agents, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Respond to inquiries in CS, Ecommerce, and B2C channels (order status, claims, invoice requests, product inquiries, stock availability).
- Resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and effective solutions.
- Proactively follow up on orders,



informing customers of any delays or issues affecting delivery.
- Provide tailored recommendations or alternatives based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Finance, Quality, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in telephone customer support, order management, and issue resolution.
- A person with a strong commercial focus, customer orientation, and a deep commitment to business growth and company success, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Academic background: Higher Vocational Degree in Administration or Higher-Level Administrative Degree.
